TERROR AT THE MALL (1998)
Synopsis
During a torrential rain storm aging Pines Valley dam ruptures. Raging flood waters engulf a shopping mail where six people are trapped with an escaped killer convict among them. The victims must rely on their wits and resourcefulness to survive the violent maelstrom and desperate cold-blooded murderer.
